David brings a combination of operating leadership and transaction experience, having built, scaled, and exited a global business while executing more than 50 deals representing $1 Billion+ in value creation. He understands how value is created, how it is protected, and how it is realized through leadership, strategy, governance, culture, negotiation, and disciplined execution.
As President & CEO and Board Member of Impact Selector International, David helped build the company from early-stage to global leader, achieving 25x growth, operations in more than 50 countries, six strategic acquisitions, eight international operating bases, and an IP portfolio that grew from three patents to more than 130 patents, with additional patents pending. He also led formal ESG strategy and reporting, achieved Net Zero Scope 1 and 2, maintained profitability through COVID, and structured and executed the successful exit to Weatherford International (NASDAQ: WFRD).
Through Lane-Link Group, David advises entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, public companies, boards, and executive teams on M&A, joint ventures, valuation, strategic growth, global market entry, stakeholder alignment, and complex negotiations.
David also serves as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where he teaches Energy Finance and is involved in developing an Energy Initiative and academic curriculum. He is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Miami.
